Chapter II Training purpose
1. Learn basic knowledge of online leak sealing technology.
2. Get familiar with the main tools of online leak sealing, and operational usage.
3. Learn the importance, the basic structure and requirements of clamps; start independent design of fixtures.
4. Learn to select appropriate sealant according to media leaks and temperature.
5. Familiar with the major methods to eliminate leaks of the flange, equipment pipelines and joints, valves and stuffing box.
6. Familiar with operational procedures and methods of online leak sealing technique.
7. Learn some special methods to eliminate leaks.
8. Learn importance of on-site safety protection and safety operation.
9. Familiar with safety operation procedure.
10. Familiar with all aspects of safety operation methods.
11. Learn to independently operate to the elimination of all leakage.
Chapter III Training methods
1. The lecturers will tech online leak sealing technology related content systematically, allowing students to bring pressure on plugging technology has more systematic understanding, and to learn to fully implement into operation.
2. For those students without real leak sealing experience, they must be under the guidance of experienced personnel to operate on site (Practical training).
3. For those students with real leak sealing experience, only after examinations, they are allowed to wave practical training.
